When we get your order and advance payment, you will receive 3 or more logos within 3-5 workdays, and normally the final logo will be confirmed in a week. After we receive your total payment, we will send the final design documents immediately via e-mail. If you need CD, the receiving time will base on your mail mode.

In which way will I receive my final design documents ? Does Uniklogo.us Logo Design offer CD or not?

Normally we use e-mail to send you the final design documents. If you have a special request, you can choose to download it from internet. At the same time, you also can ask us to offer you a CD, according to your position and the mode you chose, we will take a relevant charge, but the copy and CD themselves are free.

How many formats the final logo documents I received will be included?

Finally we offer a package including high quality CMYK TIF(300dpi), RGB JPG(150dpi), GIF(72dpi) and Adobe Illustrator EPS. This package can meet most print forms and internet show requirements. Of course, if you have other requests about the format, tell us, we will provide you freely.

Who will have the copyright of final logo?

Will Uniklogo.us Logo Design keep the copies of my logo? If I lose my documents carelessly, could I ask for one more?

Yes, we will save the copies unlimitedly, if you lose it carelessly, please contact us (webdesignsguru@gmail.com), we will send it to you again timely without any charges (If you need a CD, you have to pay the mailing fee).

Which package should I choose

While this basically depends on your actual requirement and preferences, below are some guidelines.

If you are very clear about what exactly you want in the logo (images, the mood you want to convey etc.) then the Basic package would be a good option.

If you do not have clear idea on the mood you want to convey or the images, then the Platinum package may suit you best.

If you have a fairly good idea about the mood you want to convey and/or the images to be present in the logo, go for the Silver or Gold packages; they offer you different number of concepts and variations, choose the appropriate one for you based on how selective you think you are.>

How do I communicate with you once I place an order?

We encourage you to use the Discussion Thread feature in your order record to communicate with your Project Manager and also to track communication history. To use this feature, click on your order record, add your comments to the box under the title 'Discussion Thread' and click on 'Post Comments'. Your Project Manager can also update this Discussion Thread, at which time an e-mail alert will be sent to your e-mail address registered with Uniklogo.us. You may log into Uniklogo.us and view your order record at any time to view status and also see any updates made by you or your Project Manager in the Discussion Thread.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the designs produced by Uniklogo.us?

We are confident that we will provide you 100% satisfaction 100% of the time. If, for some reason you are not satisfied with any of the logo design concepts, you can let your Project Manager know. You will then receive a refund form that would allow you to claim your refund, less a $50.00 service charge.

If I do not like the logo concepts you produce, will you make me new ones?

It is extremely unlikely that you will like nothing about any of your concepts. The more information you provide in the Creative Brief, better is our chance to meet your expectations. If you did not provide sufficient information then you get an additional opportunity to provide the same when your Project Manager reviews your Creative Brief and communicated back to you. You can also use your revision rounds to fine tune one of the designs already presented to you. The more information that you give us the more responsibility you pass to us.

What is a logo revision?

A Logo revision is defined as a change in any minor aspect of your logo, e.g. a color change, a font change, use of shadow etc. Several minor changes can be grouped together and asked for in one revision, provided they are requested at the same time. Of course, it is not considered a revision if you would like to have the concept/design changed completely. If the changes you requested cannot be considered as a revision, then your Project Manager will let you know of the same.

How will you deliver the logo designs?

You can download your logo directly from your order record, once the logo is ready, as a ZIP file. If you do not have WinZip, you can download the free trial version from http://www.winzip.com/

What software do you design with?

Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. We may from time to time use specialist 3D rendering software too.

What about copyright protection/issues with my logo designs?

You are completely responsible for any copyright issues that may arise as a result of using our logo design services. It is your responsibility to investigate any possibilities of copyright infringement. There are organizations set up to help you do this. Uniklogo.us cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise around copyright of designs/logos.

What file formats will the logos be delivered in?

We can provide you any of the following file types: JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG, EPS, PDF, PS, PSD, TIFF, High Rez TIF, High Rez BMP, High Rez PNG, AI. We can also supply your custom logo design in EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) as standard for no extra cost. (This vector based file format used by print shops allows the design to be resized with no loss of quality.)

How many concepts do I get?

The package is a minimum of 3 concepts (we usually over deliver and 3 is the bare minimum). This includes UNLIMITED free revision rounds for your chosen concept.

If I do not like the 3 logo concepts...will you make me a new set?

It is extremely unlikely that you will like nothing about any of your 3 concepts. If you gave plenty of information on the order form then it is down to us to get close to that. If we miss the mark by a mile then we will take responsibility for that. If you gave little information then you can use your revision rounds to fine tune one of the designs already presented to you. That is why it is so important to give as much detail on the order form as you can. The more information that you give us the more responsibility you pass to us. We are fair and we are honest and at the close of play we want you to have had a good experience with our service.

What can I use my new logo for?

The world is your oyster as far as uses go. The logo can be used for a website, off-line printing, embedding in documents, printing on T shirts, signs, banners, stationery, lunch box in fact the only real limitation is your imagination.

What about Copyright. Who owns it?

You do. We even supply it to you in grayscale so that you can register it at a trademark organization. You are however completely 100% responsible for any copyright issues that may arise as a result of using our logo design services. It is your responsibility to investigate any possibilities of copyright infringement. There are companies set up to help you do this. We link to one or two through our Directory (link at bottom of page). The Logo Company can not be held responsible for any issues that may arise after delivery is made.

Can my logo have a see through background?

Yes...This is called a transparency. You will need to specify this at the time of ordering. Please also note that the quality of the finish is nearly always lower with a transparent Gif. We always include PSD, Tiff and JPG formats as well. It is often better to specify the correct background color as the quality is far higher than that of a transparent Gif if the logo is for web use.

You mention that I need to specify several things at the time of ordering...How can I do this?

Our intuitive order form answers most of these questions for you. However, there is a section on the order form that allows you to give us any additional information. This is the area to make your requests for colors, file types, unique things we should consider when making your logo. It really is simple to complete. If you do get into trouble filling it out we are only a click away from providing you with support.

Can the background of the logo be any other color than white?

Yes. Infact, if you tell us the HEX or Pantone number of the background color you want or at least give us a sample to match against, then we will provide the new logo with that exact color background. You can give us this information at the time of ordering.

We can also supply the logo with no background color at all. This is best for websites with colored backgrounds. This file format is called Transparent GIF or transparent PSD and you can ask for this at the time of ordering. If your logo is for off-line printing then the best choice is standard with our logo pack anyway and that is High Rez Tiff. No need to specify that because you get it delivered anyway.

Can you recreate my existing logo in vector format?

The simple answer is yes...BUT..the price very much depends on the complexity of the existing design. We can generally do this work in the same time it takes for our usual design which is around 3 working days. However, sometimes it may take longer. Send us an email with a copy of the logo you need to recreate and we will provide you with a very competetive quote.
